Q1. Will I be charged for waiting time?

A: Our customers are privileged to free waiting time according to what type of car they have selected. SME Limo Services will monitor your flight to make sure your driver will be there when the flight arrives.


Q2. If I have to wait for my car to arrive, will I be billed for my waiting time?

A. No! SME Limousine services will monitor your flight to make sure your driver will be there when the flight arrives.


Q3. When does awaiting time charge apply for pickup at the airport?

A. SME Limo Inc rarely charges for waiting time at the airport, because most passengers leave the airport within 15 minutes. We give passengers on a domestic flight 15 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands, and for international flights we give 30 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands. After the free waiting time we charge for waiting time in 15-minute increments. Waiting time charge is equal to vehicle hourly rate.


Q4. How do I find my driver?

A: Your uniformed driver (suit and tie) will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. ‘Meet and greet’ is a great way to be welcomed by our company and there is a $10 charge for this service parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card. The driver will be instructed to meet the passenger by the baggage claim or customs with a sign that has his or her last name on it, the driver will then escort the passenger to the designated car location (Assisting with the luggage).

SME Limo’s Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at $10. However you can save it by asking to meet the driver outside and a cell number of the driver will be provided so when you ready to come out , just call the driver and he will meet with you at the curb ready for you.


Q5. What sorts of vehicles may I expect?

A: SME Limo Services is the one of the highly rated Limo service providers and our fleet comprises of a wide variety of vehicles you can choose from , from Luxuary sedans to a SUV to stretch limos. and you should be receiving the vehicle you requested for If that vehicle is not available , we will upgrade you to a higher class vehicle at no cost to you


Q6. Is it safe to give my credit card details online?

A: All transactions with SME Limo take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal and payment details are protected. To verify that you are shopping in a secure environment, a padlock will appear in your browser. It is normally in the status bar, towards the right hand side, at the bottom of your browser window. Please note that if you're using an older browser, which doesn't support 128-bit encryption you may have trouble accessing our secure pages.


Q7. When will my credit card be charged?

A: SME Limousine service will charge your credit card after your trip has been completed. A deposit is required for some vehicles including stretch limousines for weddings and proms or buses.


Q8. What is your cancellation policy?

A: We require two hours advance notice; otherwise we may charge a late-cancellation fee. And 48 hrs on Stretch limos


Q9. What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?

A: All no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must:

- Call (908)-443-1722 on your confirmation so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.
- Or Email at info@smelimos.com in the event your plans or flight have been changed.


Q10. Do you have a Guarantee of Service?

A: After you have received your "Confirmation Number" from www.smelimos.com, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)


Q11. Does SME Limousine provide a baby seat?

A. Yes, requests for baby seat should be submitted to SME Limousine services when booking your reservation.
